Also included as a part of the Treasurer's report for this nesting v;s a report covering `'Considerations for tho Budget Ccmrittce" as drafted by tr.2 Assistant Treasurer* It is customary that a budget corr.ittee, compose ef m-anboro of tho Board of Governors, hold a nesting prior to tho meeting "S of the Board of Governors for consideration of the budget requirements for the Institute for the following year and that a report of this committee b presented at the fourth annual meeting of each year for consideration by tho Beard of Governors., However, in vis:/ of tha short period of time between tho third and fourth quarterly meetings this year, it was deemed advisable zo have tho entire Board of Governors membership serve as tho Budget Committee and act upon a report proposed by the Assistant Treasurer
The report titled "Budget Considerations for IFb's" served nr. the base for discussions in these matters and is attached as a part of the iiinutas of the Board of Governors, Following a full discussion of the report it was moved by G* 5, Fab el, seconded by J. G, Schospf and unanimously agreed that tho "Proposed Budget" as set forth in the report, totalling v.21,5GO,C bo approved. The Secretary was directed to so advise tho accountant of this'action and further direct that the necessary assessments be issued tc \ the members and associate members to meet this budget.
