Can you please confirm the date is July 26th? What time did you want him to speak? Where will the event take place?
Please note, any announcements of the Secretary's participation and marketing material with his name MUST be approved by our office before it's released/printed. This process generally takes about a week because it requires several different legal teams to approve. We'll try our best to expedite but wanted to give you a heads up it will take a few days. We would just need a copy of the email/handout that his name will appear in.

I wanted to let you know that Heartland is planning to host our 13th International Conference on Climate Change here in Washington, DC, most likely between June 24 and July 27. We greatly appreciate your speaking engagements at our previous conferences, and we would be honored to have Acting Secretary (and hopefully very soon to be Secretary) David Bernhardt serve as our keynote speaker to discuss relevant administration policy and accomplishments.
