Caroline (cc'd) is the Co-Chair of the 2025 SPE Energy Transition Symposium, and I will be joining her in moderating this opening panel session. We thought we should meet for a prep session soon within the next couple of weeks to answer any questions you may have about the event, the panel session format, logistics, etc...and to align amongst the panelists and moderators on preferences and suggestions to make the most out of the panel. Here's a Doodle Poll to share your availability for the next two weeks: https://doodle.com/qrouppoll/participate/e3V7WK4dWe. Please fill out the poll by Close of Business Thursday, August 31 5t. We will do our best to accommodate everyone if possible; but if not, we will schedule separate meetings as needed with those who cannot make the prep session. For your reference, the opening panel session is on Day 1 or September 8 from 8:30-10:00am CT at the Houston Marriot, Sugar Land, TX.
