This information is retrievab^s^Jtk-'Point Source Reports for each point source and for Vach emission point with in a point source. EPA believes that information on Percent Space Heat, Hourly Maximum Designed Rate, and Boiler Design Capacity may be eligible for confidential treatment. EPA's General Counsel has requested comments on a proposal to issue a class determination governing the confidentiality of this information. 42 Fed. Reg. 33793-94 (1977)(copy enclosed). Comments must be submitted by August 15, 1977 and should refer to "Class Determination 3-77." Unless EPA is able to determine that this informa tion is entitled to confidential treatment as trade secrets or commercial or financial information, this information must be released to the public.
