Thank you for completing the Doodle poll. This is the date/time that works for most people. If you are not available during this time , we will setup a separate meeting to accommodate your availability.
Because the prep meeting is almost 2 weeks prior to the event, my suggestion is that you all start developing your 1-2 slides for your 5 min opening remarks (especially if your company has a lengthy approval process).
Feel free to share your slides amongst this group or a draft to ensure all panelists are not repeating the same message(s).
