(2) If the paper copy price printed in the citation is higher than the price indicated in the Standard Price Schedule, then pay the price printed in the citation. (3) Most microfiche are available for $3.00. If the microfiche price printed in the citation is higher than $3.00, then pay the price printed in the citation.
