ConocoPhillips is in the construction phase of the Greater Mooses Tooth-2 development and in the permitting process for the proposed Willow development, both located in the NPR-A. Discuss Marine Mammal Protection Act authorizations on Alaska's North Slope. No briefing materials.

ConocoPhillips is aligned with BLM in litigation involving lease sales and exploration permitting in the NPR-A, but this is not expected to be a topic at the meeting. ConocoPhillips is currently awaiting completion of the Willow Master Development Plan Record of Decision prior to submitting applications for Willow development permits. Bureau of Land Management U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
