Although the data generated in this study did not meet the TSCA 8(e) `substantial risk' reporting threshold, 3M recognizes the ongoing work by the U.S. EPA to assess fluorochemicals. Therefore, these data were provided to the EPA for inclusion in the 8(e) docket as a supplement to previous submissions. At the time o f the June 2007 submission, the final report for this study was pending inclusion of results from analysis o f pharmacokinetic samples. The final report for this study is now complete and is enclosed. Please contact me at 651-737-1374 or di luebker@mmm .com if you have any questions or if we can provide additional information.
