It is scientific censorship and is a disservice to the citizens of this country--and world--to be frank. Original Message...... (b) (6) Sent: Sunday, October 22, 2017 5:48 PM To: Pruitt, Scott <Pruitt.Scott@epa.gov> Subject: EPA attitude toward climate change Dear Secretary Pruitt: I?m urging you to stay involved on the continuing conversation regarding the effects of climate change. I understand that EPA scientists will not be allowed to speak at the State of the Narragansett Bay and Watershed program in Providence, R.I. Why not? The EPA helps to fund the Narragansett Bay Estuary Program, which is hosting this conference. The scientists who were forced to cancel their appearance contributed substantial material to a 400-page report to be issued on Monday. Please do not silence scientists who are speaking out on climate change. Thank you! Sincerely, (b) (6)
