Attached is NPC Acting Chair Greg Armstrong's letter of today inviting Secretary Ryan Zinke to attend the September 25, 2017 National Petroleum Council's Meeting and Reception in Washington, D.C. It is hoped that Secretary Zinke will be available to join Secretary Perry, the NPC Government Cochair, at the September 25 NPC functions to continue the spirit of their Energy Week event held at the U.S. Department of Energy on June 29.
