The NAPA Professional Program is made up of two different parts -- Un derstanding Automotive Systems" and "Inside Selling Skills." The entire pack age is designed to give you and your employees invaluable information on the basic operating principles of seven automotive systems (brakes, cooling systems, engines, electrical and igni tion, chassis and suspension, power train and paint and refinishing) as well as basic repair and maintenance in structions. Additionally, the program will provide you and your employees with proven selling techniques as well as the benefits of the products you sell in your store. The "Inside Selling Skills" section of the program is made up of five units of 22 study -- Practicing Customer Courtesy, Selecting the Right Part, Handling Problems and Increasing Sales. Anyone signed up for the NAPA Professional Program enrolls in the "Inside Selling Skills" section after successfully com pleting the "Understanding Automotive Systems" section. Both sections of the program provide you with all the study materials need ed to pass each part. The program is set up so that you take one part at a time and only proceed to the next part after successfully completing the prior one.
