The pmpose of this email is to invite him to be the keynote speaker at a conference on climate science and policy at The Heritage Foundation, 214 Mass Ave NE, Washington DC 20002. Possible dates are May 5, 9, and 13. We have penciled in time for a keynote address from 11 :30 to noon, but the keynote could occur at any time during the day between 9 am and 4 pm. We a.re glad to build the conference program around his schedule. The papers presented at the conference by eminent climate scientists can be found at this link here: https://www.heritage.org/climate-science-advisory. They will be put into a book that will be presented at the conference. These papers provide scientific evidence that the science is unsettled-that carbon emissions have not caused more wildfues, tornadoes, or hmTicanes, nor has these emissions led to sea-level increases. The conference program is attached. We would be most honored if the Secretary could fit this into his busy schedule. Many thanks for your consideration. Sierra Club v.
