Dear Lorraine,
We have reviewed and reconciled the details of the revised UCHSC budget and find that it is acceptable in its present form.
Thank you all for your hard work on this.
On another note, the BIMDS manuscript has been reformatted and is in submission. We will inform you when it is in press.
Thanks again,
Richard

> Dr. Irons -
Attached, for your review and approval, is a revised UCHSC budget for 2005-2007. This document has been prepared to support the grant amendment to increase the UCHSC grant
UCHSC subcontractor increased costs were added into the revised cost estimate provided in the January 2005 progress report to develop the overall revised UCHSC budget.
There are several worksheets included in the file:
Tab 1 - Summary of cost estimates and revised payment schedule. This sheet that starts with Jan 2005 costs and adds in subcontractor increases
Tab 2 - Revised program budget with total costs per UCHSC and subcontractors. Please review carefully, as the January estimate did not break out subcontractor costs.

Tab 3 - Program budget increases only Tab 4 - UCHSC expense detail provided with January 2005 progress report (no subcontractor increases Tab 5 - EMBSI expense detail - please note addition of EA support for Yimei Zhou in 2006 Tab 6 - Fudan University Exposure Assessment cost increases. These figures were provided to API by R. Schnatter. Please contact me via return email with your comments and approval. If this budget presentation requires discussion, I am in the office and available for a phone conference over the next week. I will let you select a time/date, if required, since you are currently in Shanghai. One final question - has the manuscript on BIMD been submitted for publication yet? I have been informed that you have/will submit it to Nature. Regards, Lorraine
