I hope you are doing well and had a great holiday weekend. I had put in a request with Ms. Humphreys for Mr. Wheeler to speak at the Portland Cement Association's Environment & Energy Committee Meeting but I never heard back from her. I emailed her today and her message bounced back and found out from our Smart Sectors contacts that she is no longer serving as Mr. Wheeler's scheduler. Smart Sectors told me to reach out to you and the request form is attached. The meeting is next Tuesday, September 10 at PCA's new office at 200 Massachusetts Avenue NW from 8 AM-4 PM. Mr. Wheeler is welcome to speak anytime during the meeting as his schedule permits. Please let me know if he is available. Thank you.

I hope you are doing well. PCA is having its Environment and Energy Committee Meeting in DC on Tuesday, September 10 where our environment and energy member leaders will be in town to meet to discuss a multitude of policy issues of concern to the cement industry. We were wondering if Administrator Wheeler is available to speak for a half hour to our members anytime that day. Should I fill out and email you back the attached form you have sent to us in the past? It would be great if he was available to address our group. The meeting will be at the new PCA office at 200 Massachusetts Avenue NW near Union Station. Please let me know if I should go ahead and fill out the form. Thank you very much.
