Yes. Chris Jahn and Administrator Wheeler worked together in the Senate several decades ago. Ross Eisenberg and Rob Simon worked with Administrator Wheeler while he served in the Senate, when he was employed in the private sector, and while he has been at EPA.
Administrator Wheeler provided a keynote speech at the ACC board of directors meeting in February 2020.
