The equipment is approximately 20 years old. Removal of the insulation is scheduled to start on June 15, 1987, with completion by July 15, 1987. Procedures to be employed in the handling and disposal of the asbestos material will conform to the requirements in 40 CFR 61.147 and 61.152.
