(collectively referred to as "RCRA" or the "Act"). Puma Veteran's Drive Service Station owns and/or operates the Underground Storage Tank(s) located at the above-mentioned facility. A "facility" as that term is defined in 40 C.F.R. 280 is subject to the requirements of RCRA Subtitle I regulations. This letter should not be construed as a compliance determination by the EPA of Puma Veteran's Drive Service Station with the UST regulations. However, if areas of concerns were identified, please begin rectifying them as soon as possible and make sure to keep records in accordance with the regulations. Subsequently, my enforcement staff will review the information in our program records and from the inspection determine if further actions are necessary.
