On behalf of Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) President Todd Staples, we would like to extend the invitation for Secretary Burgum to participate as our featured keynote speaker at our annual TXOGA Lone Star Energy Forum to be held at The RitzCarlton Dallas, Las Colinas in Irving, Texas on Friday, November 21, 2025.
