Secretary Bernhardt appreciates the invitation and would be delighted to speak at your conference. Do you need anything else from me to confirm his participation? (And speaking at 9:15am to 10am is perfect!)
If you will be using his name on any digital or printed material/emails/ads etc similar to last year our office will need to review and approve. We will try to get you the approval as quickly as possible but it may take at least a week. I appreciate your understanding.
