We are pushing really hard to get these nominations to be announced but that's exclusively the domain of the PPO. It is our hope that once the nominations are announced we will get a nomination hearing date and try to fit Senator meetings into that period as well. It simply all hinges on that announcement. Afterwards Christian Palich suggests visits to senators before a committee meeting on July 26, with senate confirmation in September. I am comfortable with this, even if some parts are delayed. However, I have work obligations at the university that need to be managed. One way is to carry on here with work until senate confirmation. Another option is to come into EPA as an advisor. Other options are possible. For example, I could come into EPA on an Interagency Personnel Agreement (IPA), since our university is a government entity. What would you advise please? Cheers! I expressed 17cv1906 Sierra Club v. EPA - 6/22 Production ED 001523 00003088-00002 interest to her without stating that i was already being vetted for the AA for OCSPP, since this seemed like an appropriate way to honor her question. However, as we previously discussed, my talents seemed best suited for OCSPP. I look forward to working with you closely on this in the future. Cheers!
