RachelWe are able to confirm your hearing room request for an event on Wednesday, October 31' with an event time of 12:00-1:OOpm in 2322 Rayburn House Office Building. I list that this will be a catered lunch and we ask that groups use Capitol Host (202-225-7370) for their catering needs. I also list that we will provide a podium, microphones and help set up a PowerPoint presentation. Groups showing slides provide their laptop and E&C staff can hook it up to the HDMI outlet in 2322.
