"aerial analysis" of toxic Chemical outflows
Am I dreaming when I read that the EPA sits in their beautiful offices in Washington DC doing "aerial" analysis of chemical and Superfund sites? No real on the ground investigations? Why does the EPA even exist? What a toothless gutless agency. Where are the investigators? Where is the regional offices? Should have dozens of lead investigators there already monitoring the flooding and chemical disbursements into the water. The biggest threat Harvey poses now is the chemical discharge, and the EPA is doing "aerial" analysis. Really justifies the cushy 175k a year plus medical and pension for life.
