Energy storage and resiliency are a top priority in our nation. Base would like to discuss technology that already exists to solve this challenge in ways that are wins for customers, the grid, and energy independence; and address barriers to scaling these technologies across the nation.

Yes, Base's technology can solve America's energy challenges by optimizing our aging grid, lowering energy costs, and providing reliable energy backup around the nation. With Base's batteries and energy trading, we are able to achieve a 20% increase in grid capacity without adding infrastructure. We would like to talk with the Secretary about how we can incentivize utilities to take advantage of this technology.
