Hello AllThank you so much for your assistance in making our July webinar successful and interesting! We appreciate you!
Below is the attendee list as it stands at this moment. We have 51 registered. I think we will have some additional late registrations tomorrow.
I have sent the test event invitation to Senator Gardner's team as well as Secretary Bernhardt's team. If you don't have it please let me know - It will have TEST in the event name.
I have also launched the invitations for the attendees. Because the staffers (including Lynn for Mr. Hamm and Jerry) were registered as attendees you will have received both email, one for an attendee and one for a panelist. The links are different!
PLEASE NOTE! The computer that Mr. Hamm, Mr. Simmons, Sec. Bernhardt, Mr. Ernsberger and Senator Gardner use for their video must use the PANELIST link to log on to the event. Staffers wanting to view the event (Kristin, Lynne Jeanie, Samantha etc) must use the ATTENDEE link. The Panelist link will have video engaged the attendee link will not.
If you are a staffer viewing the event on a different computer, please be in a different room. Your audio will cause feedback- We had some unexpected audio difficulty in the last event. When the presenter has an ear piece for the best clear audio, feedback is still captured from other computers in the room logged in- even though there is no audio heard from the presenter computer because of the ear piece.
Kristin/ Lynn - please let me know when you'd like to host your test event. I have one scheduled with DOI Staffers at 8:45am CDT tomorrow and one with Senator Gardner's team at 1pm CDT. You can join either of those. I can send you the link. Or we can do one at a different time if that works better for you. I also need to know if I have sent the attendee link to the proper email for Mr. Hamm to get logged in for the event. I wasn't sure what address you prefer.
Mr. Ernsberger- please also let me know what time works for you tomorrow.
