Re: US EPA, Office of Inspector General, Hotline #2017-0340
Hi US EPA Press Office,
I reported an issue at Region 9, where there are roughly 1.6 million residents of Los Angeles who are currently in danger of being exposed to TCE fumes, and have been for the last 35 years. I filed a complaint about this and other matters, they never asked me for a lick of evidence, an then sent me this response, saying - basically - we don't care if the people of Los Angeles live or die, and the go on to state that they will continue to allow these residents to live in homes filled with TCE vapor and will not contuct any form of evaluation.
Now, a former administrator for the Region 3 EPA, and a man named Bill who works for an EPA contractor in Philly, evaluated my statements and found them to be true, so my claims have been validated by two EPA affiliated scientists.
I am curious if you could direct me to a way that I can appeal this ruling to a higher authority, or who hold oversighs over the EPA OIG.
In the meantime, since I am a national working filmmaker that has created two TV shows, I am going to head out to LA, and take this info to a couple VP's for cable networks that I have worked with in the past and show them how the US EPA is basically killing people in LA, knowingly.
I am also advising the US EPA that my production company is going to begin traveling the country and capturing unauthorized interviews with roughly a dozen corrupt EPA officials and contractors and that when these employees are in public that I have a legal right to capture interviews.
Now that you have handed me this completely confirmed piece of evidence that US EPA allows employees to break the law, I shoud win every film festival on the planet, and it will make me the most powerful activist in the country, able to push your office around at will.
Maybe you guys might want to think this over before I create the next national EPA scandal.
Cheers!
