The collection addresses maintenance of programs for prevention of contamination of carcasses and parts by enteric pathogens and by fecal matter throughout the entire slaughter and dressing operation, including microbial test results, documentation of prevention of carcasses afflicted with septicemia and toxemia from entering a chiller, and records that document that the products resulting from slaughter operations meet the definition of ready-tocook poultry. The collection also addresses requirements for establishments to submit annual attestation of maintenance of a program to monitor and document work-related conditions of establishment workers. A prior EIS (80 FR 46252; 08/04/2015) assessed the impact of military readiness activities on the study area, composed of the existing Mariana Islands Range Complex (MIRC), areas on the high seas to the north and west of the MIRC, a transit corridor between the MIRC and the Hawaii Range Complex, and Apra Harbor and select Navy pierside and harbor locations. The current supplemental EIS will assess ongoing and future military readiness activities conducted at sea and on Farallon de Medinilla within the study area beyond 2020. The current EIS also will incorporate new information available after the release of the 2015 EIS, including an updated acoustic effects model, updated marine mammal density data, and other best available science. The project would use timber harvest, noncommercial thinning, and prescribed fire to reduce stem densities and improve the fuel profiles in plantations and in older stands with sugar pine or ponderosa pine. The project also Sierra Club v. EPA, 1:17-cv-01906 ED_001523_00001953-00002 would place shaded fuel breaks along roads to help manage wildlife to reduce the risk of stand replacement fire in the remaining late-successional and old-growth stands. In addition, the project would provide log placement in lower Calf Creek to improve stream conditions, restore two wetlands, and possibly decommission or close roads to improve watershed conditions. The project would consist of a new 20 kilowatt impulse turbine and induction generator and a 13-by-14-foot powerhouse. The project would be located along the existing State Park Spring municipal water pipeline and have an estimated annual generating capacity of 149,000 kilowatt-hours.
