Exposure to liquid is irritating to the skin. Prolonged or* repeated contact may cause dermatitis. Due. to vinyl chloride content frostbite type burns may occur.
INHALATION: Breathing of vapors is irritating to the upper respiratory tract. Exposure to higher concentrations results in narcosis, nausea, vomiting, and unconciousness.
INGESTION: May result in systemic effects of the kidney and liver.
