They are environmental reports and are confidential. I apologize for the content of the reports below. They have also been sent to Brown University/Brown University IE Program (MBA Program). Again, If you have any questions regarding this email, please call: -Rich Moskal - City of Chicago/Chicago Film Office at (312) 744-6415 Mr. Moskal is cc'd with this email. Thank you. Kanika Sago Email Address: orillious.film@gmail.com lilllllli Good Evening: Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 13 ED 002061 00028729-00001 Please review the email below. It was also sent to Ms. Winikates at the IE Program Office. This email goes with the Spanish presentation regarding the garden and the goldfish, along with any observations. Thank you. Kanika Sago Dear Jean (and also Natalia): Please also add this with the presentation and Vimeo film regarding the goldfish. These are helpful observations regarding the goldfish. Please also review this information about the goldfish that are indoors. It is discussed in the email below also: NOTES ABOUT THE GOLDFISH THAT I HAVE INDOORS/INDOOR FISH TANK: My findings were that their survival depended greatly on the Ivy plant/Ivy vegetation. They had a few 'burns' ('black burns', 'white bums') when they were transferred to the indoor tank. The water was different, and we used water balancers, etc. There was and always is a water filter/water pump. The Ivy perhaps was a key factor in the 'black burns' and 'white bums' going away and not ever returning. Please note that it gets frustrating at times. I apologize for the content. Thank you for reviewing these documents for my application. Thank you. Kanika Sago Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 13 ED 002061 00028729-00002 Good Afternoon: Please note this additional information regarding the goldfish in the outdoor pond and the goldfish in the indoor fish tank: GOLDFISH IN INDOOR FISH TANK: The goldfish in the indoor fish tank were brought into the house about 3 years ago. They were in the outdoor pond for about 8 months (March to late November). The goldfish do very well in an indoor fish tank. They grow very well and do well with a fish lamp/fish lamp for fish tanks. There were 4 fish. When they were brought to the indoor fish tank they were a small-medium size. They were orange and multi-color. Three-3 fish survived the transfer to the indoor tank. One-1 fish passed away about 1-2 weeks after the transfer to the indoor tank. My findings were that their survival depended greatly on the Ivy plant/Ivy vegetation. They had a few burns (black burns, white burns) when they were transferred to the indoor tank. The water was different, and we used water balancers, etc. There was and always is a water filter/water pump. The Ivy perhaps was a key factor in the black bums and white bums going away and not ever returning. NOTE: When the water filter/water pump on the fish tank goes out/power goes out, the fish are in danger and do not survive. Always purchase a water filter/water pump for your fish tank (it is required for all indoor fish tanks). GOLDFISH IN OUTDOOR POND: These specific goldfish are newborns to fish that were purchased for an outdoor pond 2 years (in April 2014). There were 5 fish purchased and have since passed away-The last fish passed away/disappeared in May 2016 (There were 4 orange/orange and white fish, 1 black fish). The newborn fish were born last Spring 2015. The larger fish have passed away (the parents). The newborns are about 18-months old. They do some mating during the colder months. I have found that the goldfish in the outdoor pond do very well in the colder months, but with the help of a pond heater--2 pond heaters and also eco-friendly pool and pond tarp/covering for snow protection. They work with the same foods as the indoor fish. Pond food for fish is also very helpful. Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 13 ED 002061 00028729-00003 Ivy and other plant vegetation are very important for them also/Ivy vegetation NEEDS TO BE cut from the vine and brought to them in the outdoor pond and is good for them during the winter months because there is NO PLANT LIFE--the lily pad and other vegetation are not at growth. The lily pad provides protection for them during the colder months. A lily pad is very helpful for them during the warmer months also/It is very important. The goldfish in the outdoor pond do very well in the warmer months also. The newborn fish do well in BOTH the colder and warmer months. The larger fish somewhat pass away in both the colder and warmer months. A waterfall for the pond is helpful in the warmer months. NOTE: It is highly recommended to keep these fish INDOORS in a larger indoor fish tank with real plant vegetation (NON-POISONESS Ivy plant vegetation is recommended). Again, they do okay in the colder months and even do some mating for newborn fish. They are to be considered like 'tropical fish.' They are okay to put in a green-house. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: Kanika Sago purchased the original fish for the outdoor pond. My mother has tried to pay me the money back, but I do not want to take the money back for the purchase. The fish should be kept together and NOT GIVEN AWAY. I would like to purchase a larger indoor fish tank. My mother has made plans to give a few of the fish to a woman with some frogs--Ms. Azizah Ali that lives in Kankakee, IL. My mother stated to me that she was going to get a frog from the woman in return. This is crazy--The environment does not have the requirements for this/this is residential property near a grocery store-Aldi Grocery Store. I AM AGAINST THIS. My mother DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. She keeps discussing giving away the fish. I was just told this earlier, Saturday, July 9, 2016. I DO NOT WANT THIS. This is an EPA/Environmental Protection Agency issue. I would like to keep the fish for myself and just do not have the finances to transfer them to an INDOOR FISH TANK. I need an attorney immediately for certain protection rights for myself, the fish and the dogNia. Sometimes I feel these individuals DO NOT understand priorities. Thank you. Sierra Club v.
