Chris Wright_Event Request Form.docx Hi Eric! Thank you very much for reaching out, I hope things have been great for you as well. We really appreciate the invite; this seems like an awesome event. Right now, we are scheduled to be traveling the first week of June but do not have a return flight booked yet. With that being said, the 4th may work but I just wanted to put that on your radar. Should the 4th work, do you mind filling out the attached event request form with a few more details for our team to take a look at? Thank you and have a great week! Attached is an invitation from the Edison Electric Institute 's (EEI) Interim President & CEO Pat Vincent-Collawn inviting Secretary W1ight address EEI's 2025 annual meeting and thought leadership forum, which will be held June 2-4 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. As noted in the invitation, we would love to hear about the Secretary 's p1iorities for the Department of the Energy and his views on a range ofenergy-related issues.. Elon Musk, Jensen Huang, and Bill Gates were keynote speakers during recent meetings and called for increased partnership between technology companies and electric companies to solve some of our greatest societal and technological challenges. The Department of the Energy plays an important role in expanding these efforts. We would like to welcome the Secretary as a closing keynote speaker on Wednesday morning, June 4. In addition to the keynote session, we would be happy to create a private oppo1tunity for Sierra Club v. Dept of Energy, 4:25-cv-5027 SC_EVERSPLIT0019785 the Secretary to meet and engage with electric company CEOs who serve on EEi's Board of Directors. As a planning matter, the closing session would last approximately 45 minutes. We also have keynote sessions on June 2 and June 3, and we are happy to work with you all on the format and specific day/time to accommodate the Secretary's schedule. Last year's event attracted an audience of more than 1,300 electric company and technology company executives, industry investors, policymakers, corporate customers, and media. Thank you in advance and we really appreciate your consideration. As always, please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
