Further to your interest in participating in the consultation process, this letter is to confirm that the consultation meeting will be held on February 6 and 7, 2006 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Ottawa. The meeting will take place between 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm on Day 1 and between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on Day 2. Nous vous avons envoy, le 20 dcembre 2005 dernier, un avis de consultation concernant un Plan d'action pour les acides perfluorocarboxyliques et leurs prcurseurs. Suite votre intrt participer au processus de consultation, nous voulons confirmer que la runion de consultation aura lieu les 6 et 7 fvrier 2006 l'htel Holiday Inn Ottawa. La runion se droulera de 12 h 30 16 h 30 le premier jour, et de 8 h 16 h le deuxime jour. Day 1 will consist of a science session on current knowledge on PFCAs and precursors. This should help provide participants with an understanding of the scientific context behind the proposed Action Plan. Day 2 will be devoted to obtaining feedback on the elements contained in the Action Plan. La premire journe sera une session scientifique sur les connaissances actuelles sur les APFC et leurs prcurseurs. Cette session devrait aider donner aux participants une comprhension du contexte scientifique qui taye le Plan d'action propos. La deuxime journe sera consacre recueillir les commentaires sur les lments contenus dans le Plan d'action. Comments will be gathered from stakeholders at the meeting through discussion groups and plenary. All stakeholders will be invited to provide additional comments in writing in the weeks following the meeting. Nous rcolterons vos commentaires lors de discussions en groupes et en plnire. For continuity, we recommend that the same representatives participate on both days.
