Dear Davidi
Snclosed are additional documents responsive to plaintiffs' Request for Production of Documenta Nu.'s 1 and 2 as per our response. We reiterate that our production iB without waiver of our objections. The request is overly broad and vague, and renders a fair response difficult.
In response to your letter of August 1, 1991, we would
like to know the basis tor your claiming any rights ao a
result of Westinghouse'8 response to the government's inquiries. we are unaware of any basis for the Bakers acquiring a claim based on W e s t i n g h o u s e '8 separate dealings with the federal government.
Yours truly..
