Yes. On October 2, 2018 PCA attended the Smart Sectors Roundtable with Administrator Wheeler. On December 13 and 14, 2018, PCA and our members held meetings with Administrator Wheeler, Peter Wright, Steven Cook and others in regards to PCA's Non-Hazardous Secondary Material Rule Petition
