On December 13 and 14, 2018, PCA and our members held meetings with Administrator Wheeler, Peter Wright, Steven Cook and others in regards to PCA's Non-Hazardous Secondary Material Rule Petition Run of Show/ Agenda: The agenda for the morning of the event in which we are requesting the Administrator to speak is during PCA's regulatory portion of our Fly In.
