On behalf of the National Endangered Species Act Reform Coalition (NESARC), attached please find a letter congratulating Secretary Burgum on his recent confirmation as Secretary of the Interior, as well as documents detailing NESARC's membership and recommendations for regulatory action related to the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
