TTCB To make l4,000 gal, batch A-13B3B in #2 mix tank. . 1 Take 1 - 16 oz. sample of Unox Epoxide 201 for assay. 2 ~ Unload 8,000 gal. car of TTCB to #2 mix tank (approx,. 12* In tank). . 3 - Pump 1260 from #8 storage to 256" in #2 mix tank. . 4 ~ Add 1 - bag attapulgus earth. 5 - Agitate with air and mechanical agitator and circulate by passing press for 3 hours. 6 - Circulate thru press for 1 hour and take 1 - 5 pt. bottle for check analysis - gravity - index - chlorides & moisture. 7 - Continue circulating thru press for 3 hours. . 8 - Blow and clean press. , . 9 - Correct gravity and index (Gr. 1.563 - 1.571) (Index 1.6075 - 1,6085). Mix should be on low side with above measure ments.
