Following a review of the critical losses of professionals and key plant men under 26 years of age to the draft, it was agreed that the subject should be brough to the attention of the Chemical Advisory Committee of the Army and Navy Munitions Board.
HI. REPORT OF M.C.A. COinrTTTKg CM DISPOSITION OF GQVERNMBNT-amm PUNTS AND STOCKS
After review of the report of the Committee on Disposition of Government-Owned Plants and Stocks, . S. Landis, Chairman, on "The Disposition of War plants and Surplus Chemicals", it was agreed that the subject should be completed at the June
meeting of the Executive Committee.
IV. DRAFT OF "ATTTTtHE OP THE P. S. CHWfTCiT. INDUSTRY ON EATENTS"
The Secretary wad requested to submit the suggestions made by members of the Executive Coamittee to the Patents Committee for their opinion and approval, and then transmit a copy of the report to each member,, advising that this statement was prepared by the M.C.A. Patent Cenittee, which had been in touch with other indust
ries in connection with the statement, and that the Executive Conittee had approved

23^ the transmittal of the report to the membership.
V. DRAFT OF "ATTITUDE OF THE U. S. CHEMICAL INDUSTRY OS TARIFF"
The Secretary was requested to prepare a redraft of this report for submittal and action at the meeting on June 1.
VI. M.C.A. CONFERENCE ON LIABILITY SUITS - C. D. MARLATT
Mr. Marlatt reviewed the scope of the M.C.A. Conference on Liability Suits, held on April 12 in New York City, and complimented the handling of the meeting and the complete cooperative atmosphere of those people participating in the program. The Executive Committee was advised that minutes of the meeting are now being reproduced and will be sent to each member, and that a Committee on Labels and Precautionary Information had been appointed (see letter to members dated April 26). The first meeting of this Caamittee will be held on May 17 in New York City.
VII. CONFERENCE ON DEPRECIATION RATES
No action taken. The subject was removed from the docket.

Chairman H.O.C. Ingraham submitted the final program for the Annual Meeting and Union Dinner. It was agreed that representatives of the trade press would be invited and that members could invite officers, directors, and moabers of their staff, af filiates and subsidiaries to the afternoon meeting. Guests, however, can be invited to the Union Dinner and evening program.
