I am looking for specific examples of infrastructure projects that are "shovel ready" but lack funding - lack of direct funding as well as lack of a revenue stream. I know some associations have already compiled lists and put them forward to the White House or Congress, so hopefully this would be an easy ask. The examples could include project categories that are under the purview of other agencies such as bridges, transportation hubs, or harbor projects. I am not looking for anything formal, just a couple of examples with basic information describing the type of project, location, project status, and expected cost. Thanks, and let me know if I can answer any questions. - Byron Byron R. Brown Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Office of the Administrator U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Sierra Club v.
