Mandy and Anne, Following up on our request for a technical meeting with air staff regarding biogenic C02 from agricultural
crops. We are hopeful that the petition for rulemaking that we filed almost three weeks ago will facilitate a very constructive discussion.

Mandy and Anne, Thanks for your interest in reviewing the Biogenic C02 Coalition's petition for rulemaking, which was submitted
about 11 days ago. As noted in our recent calls, we would greatly appreciate a technical call with staff regarding our proposal. We are hopeful that the petition will facilitate such a call. Through the years of discussion of this matter, the Coalition has repeatedly requested such a meeting/call, but the request has not yet been granted. Pleased to discuss, of course.
