Many of the recent Secretarial Orders require plans or actions by the Assistant Secretaries within 15 days of Feb.5. Since Scott will be away for a week+ during these 15 days, we need to prepare a plan for creating the plans he will be responsible for submitting on behalf of our hallways upon his return on Feb.19.
