This is Charles Franklin at PCA, including Gary Mullings at NRMCA, following up on our email.
Apologies for the delay in responding. We had been trying to coordinate schedules with this week to clarify availability as this is an important meeting with considerable interest among our membership. Is there any chance that Gary and I can talk with your briefly by phone this morning? We were hoping to get clarification on how the meeting would proceed and how you would anticipate
We also would like to discuss the possibility of conducting two separate calls for the cement industry and the concrete industry. They are currently represented as two separate industries in the sector program and we have very different issues and very different memberships (thought the industries themselves work closely together). We also have some differing time constraints. On the PCA side, we were hoping we could push the meeting to next week due to member conflicts.
In any event, if we could hop on the phone with you this morning for just a few minutes, it would help us be responsive to you, Michael, and the Administrator.

I am following up on my previous email regarding a call Administrator Wheeler would like to have with you next week. I have not heard back from you and unfortunately, that window is no longer available. However, would you be available on Tuesday, May 5 from 11am-11:45am or Wednesday, May 6 from 3:00pm -- 3:45pm? Administrator Wheeler would also like for you to invite as many as your member companies as possible. Once we are able to confirm a date/time, if you could email me and Michael Molina a complete list of your participants, we would appreciate it.

I hope this email finds you well. On April 16th EPA released 8 new sector snapshots, including one for your sector. As a follow-up to publication of the snapshots, we would like to invite you, as well as any representatives from your member companies, to a call with Administrator Wheeler. This call would serve as an opportunity to discuss the snapshots, your participation in the Smart Sectors Program, and other issues pertinent to your sector. Please respond with any times on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 between 2pm -- 5pm eastern time that would not work for your organization. Once the call is scheduled, the Smart Sectors Program staff will be in touch with you to confirm attendees and learn of any topics you intend to raise on the call. Thank you.
