sl*ghtly toxic when administered orally to young adult ChR-CD male rats in single doses- its Approximate LethaTbose (AID) is 1,500 mg/kg of body weight. The compound produced liver enlargement in animals which were dosed at 450 mg/kg and above and which were sacrificed after 14 days.
