Technical information:
We have been using the WebEx platform for our webinars. The presenters can be seen and heard, the attendees cannot. There is a chat box to send in questions during the webinar - but they are not seen publicly. They are only seen by "the host" DEPA staff. We can run a test of the platform anytime you would like. If we can have notice at least the day before you'd like to test that would be preferable. We typically do one a few days/the day before the event. We typically get the presenters' teams on 15-20 minutes early the day of the event to ensure everything works as it did before during the test. A link will be provided and audio will come through the computer. At this time there is not a call in option. We do not post or release recordings of these webinars.
Attendees:
We have a preregistration for this webinar and know who is attending. It is located at www.depausa.org/webinar-events This webinar is free and open to our membership and occasionally specials guests who have been invited by a board member. Attendees are verified, and then sent a link will be sent to all of them on July 13 for access to the webinar on the 15th
