RE: attribution question....
You can absolutely use those photos. Please attribute them to the EPA.
If there's anything else you need, please let us know.

Hello, My name is Dave Whitaker. I'm the editor of the online paper, BleckleyProgress.com As I was informed about Administrator Pruitt's visit late due to security concerns, was unable to be there this morning when he visited the students of Bleckley Elementary in Cochran, GA.
However, a story was shared on the EPA website, with photos. I was going to borrow 2-3 to write a mini article about Administrator Pruitt's visit, focusing on his helping students plant a tree, and reading to students. As an aside, I don't do politics/issues, it's community focused.
I don't like to just "steal" things off other sites because it's unethical, and I've had it happen to me. My question is, what would be the best way to attribute the source for those photos? News release, EPA.gov? For my own conscience, I wanted to do this properly.
Thanks for your time, Dave
