Below details two current proceedings for which API has filed amicus briefs: On 10/28/24, API led an amicus brief with AXPC, CLNG, NGSA, LNG allies, IPAA, TXOGA, in support of the Next Decade/Rio Grande LNG petition for rehearing in Case nos. 23-1174 and 23-1175, City of Port Isabel, et al v. FERC, in the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. This petition is still pending. Who are the sponsors of the event? Biden, et al. On 7/1/24, the Western District of LA granted the P.I. On 8/5/24, the case was appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in Case 24-30489, State ofLouisiana v.
