We are confirmed for Thursday, December 6 at the Spokane Convention Center. We will anticipate a 1:30pm arrival, and be prepared for an earlier arrival. As a contingency, we will have a 5:00pm opportunity for the Secretary to open up our exhibit hall with the same remarks. If there is anything we can do to provide support for the remaining time that day please don't hesitate to ask. We are also willing to pull together a roundtable of industry leaders at any time. Attached is the page from our convention brochure for your approval. The blank column next to the Secretary announce is for our Wednesday speaker TBD. It will most likely be an industry CEO.
o We will use the same approved format in future Bulletins (Oct/Nov) to our members, on our website (www.miningamerica.org) and Twitter (@miningamerica) o We will not be issuing a press release o I have included our Communications Manager Anthony Roeber on this email as he will be leading any outreach on AEMA behalf.
