Overall Message:
The U.S. is facing an energy reliability crisis due to insufficient interstate natural gas pipeline capacity.
President Trump has declared a national energy emergency and issued Executive Orders 14154 (Unleashing American Energy), 14213 (National Energy Dominance Council), and 14215 (Accountability for All Agencies)--directing agencies to take all necessary steps to accelerate the construction of critical energy infrastructure while preserving existing avenues for landowners and stakeholders to seek redress.
