Mandy, I am sure you get flooded all the time with articles, but this last one authored by Steve Irwin yesterday is really interesting. Despite being regarded as being pro-ethanol, he concludes that the Small Refinery Exemptions are not impacting the blend rate for E10. I figured you would find it interesting.
