The TBV Series 2000 is a uniquely designed reduced port flanged ball valve offering unlimited versatility with respect to materials, features, and modifiers to satisfy today's sophisticated process valve requirements where corrosion, high temperatures, slurries, and flow control applications are to be met. The valve body is designed
to facilitate ease of automation by including both ISO and flange boss mounting capabilities as standard.
Valve safety is also addressed by utilizing our standard blow-out proof stem design in conjunction with optional
features such as oval safety handle, lock-out device, and fugitive emission and bellows seal bonnets. It is designed to comply with fire safe standards of major oil refineries and API 607. As with all TBV valves, quality, flexibility, long service life, and safety make this valve the best choice for integrity and application satisfaction.

DESIGNED FOR POSITIVE LEAK TIGHT INTEGRITY
TBV's Series 2000 ball valve is a state-of-the-art designed process valve which offers leak free integrity and safety when toxic chemicals, steam, slurries, and corrosives are to be contained.
A blow-out proof stem used in conjunction with live loaded chevron style stem seals provide a non-leaking quarter turn rotary stem assembly which is a more positive method of sealing compared to a multi-turn, rising stem design utilized in globe and gate valves. Belleville washers live load the stem assembly and self adjust for wear and thermal expan sion. In addition to a unibody construction, a double sealed end plug is used to contain the seats and ball to insure a leak free end entry design.
