Hey Leila: It was so nice catching up with Ben and you the other night. It was a great event.
Remember last year when we tried to get Sec. Zinke to do a foreword for our Index and we ran out of time before his departure. Well, for this year's edition we are doing a special section on rare earths. I read Sec. Bernhardt's OpEd in the Wash Times and thought it would make (with a few changes emphasizing the energy sector more) and ideal foreword to this year's index. Is there someone you can direct me to explore this? It would make a great message.
