Thanks for your response -- we are still missing substantial details regarding this meeting.

What are your arrival details? -- you will need to coordinate with our security team for entry to the garage and
building.
2.
We will also need to know if the Administrator will have any staff joining the meeting with Mrs. James? If so,
who?

The meeting between Mrs. James and Administrator Wheeler is taking place in Mrs. James's office, I am not sure
where you are meeting with Steve Moore but you should factor in 5 minutes to get to the other meeting location.
4.
Will you be sending an advance team?
Lastly, you indicated that Rob Bluey and I would be hearing from Tate regarding meeting details. We have not heard from her yet please confirm what these details are.
