I hope you are having a great start to your week. I know Secretary Wright would have loved to join y'all for this event (love the John Denver Reference there).
But unfortunately, the Secretary will be out on official travel the entire week of the 1ih and will not be able to attend.
Thank you so much again for the invitation and I'm sorry we can't accommodate his attendance at this time.

We cannot adequately express our sincerely thanks for everything Secretary Wright and President Trump have done for coal and for our industry since taking office. I hope you are having a great week! Thank you so much for getting the requested form back to us and for all the details. We are currently booking the Secretary's schedule out 2 weeks in advance as there is travel and several other commitments happening in the next month that we are being cautious of. If you could reach back out at the end of March to touch base on what the calendar is looking like on our end, that would be amazing! I totally understand if you need to go in a different direction in order to have something confirmed before then as well.

Dear Secretary Wright: I am writing to invite you to add ress ou r Annual West Virginia Mining Symposium and Coal Show scheduled for April 15-16, 2025, in the Grand Ball Room of the Charleston Coliseum and Conference Center in Charleston, West Virginia. The Mining Symposium is the premier mining program of the year in West Virginia, attracting over 400 mining professionals from West Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. A general review and discussion of the nation's energy challenges and the role of coal under your administration would be desirable and timely.

Ideally, we would prefer to feature you with Governor Patrick Morrisey in our Keynote Session on the morning of Tuesday, April 15th but would accommodate whatever time or day best fits your schedule. This year's program begins at 9 a.m. on April 15th and runs through 4:30 pm on Wednesday, April 16th.
